RWM SOCIAL Privacy Policy
Who we are
RWM SOCIAL is operated by RWM Group as a companion to RWM OPS. You sign in with your RWM OPS owner account.
What we store
- Account: your RWM OPS sign-in and company membership (handled by our database provider, Supabase).
- Content: post titles, captions, planned dates, selected business, before/after photos and your photo-permission confirmation. Some drafts may be kept only in your browser until saved to your company workspace.
- Job photos: photos you choose from completed RWM OPS jobs, kept in private storage.
Facebook and Meta data
If you connect a business, you sign in with Facebook (Meta) and choose a Facebook Page. RWM SOCIAL requests the permissions pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement and pages_manage_posts so it can list your Pages and publish posts you approve. We store the selected Page's ID and name, the linked Instagram professional account ID and username where one exists, and a Page access token that is encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before it is saved. We use this only to publish or schedule posts you have reviewed and approved, and to show their publishing status. We do not sell Meta data or use it for advertising.
Currently only Facebook Page publishing is active. Other destinations are not connected.
Removing your data
You can disconnect a Facebook Page in RWM SOCIAL, which removes its stored token. You can also remove the app in your Facebook settings (Settings → Business Integrations). To ask us to delete your RWM SOCIAL content or connection data, email rm@rwmarshall.com.
Sharing
Data is processed by our hosting and infrastructure providers (Vercel, Supabase) and by Meta when you publish. Posts you publish become public on your Page.
